Chocolate Chip Day @May 15



Chocolate.Who doesn't love chocolate.The most perfectly made food or dessert of all time.It is incomparable. Everyone loves chocolate , the kids , the adults and even the elderly. Whether you eat it as a cookie or use chocolate chips in a cake or ice cream, it doesn't matter as it is simply delicious.See as usual I would have gone speaking about chocolate but let's note this it is chocolate chip day not chocolate day. We will save the chocolate history for another day.

It all started at a little place you may recognize the name of, the Toll House Inn. Located in Whitman, Massachusetts, it just happens to be the home of that most favorite of cookies, the chocolate chip cookie. Ruth Graves Wakefield had originally planned on making a chocolate cookie, and decided to do so by throwing in chunks of a chocolate bar into it. In a happy accident, it turned out that the chocolate did not melt and mix with the rest of the cookie, but maintained its shape, filling the cookie with delicious little chocolate bits.

Thus was born the chocolate chip cookie, and the Toll House Cookie Company! From that day forward there have been new forms of chocolate chip added, white chocolate chip, mint chocolate, milk chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, even dark chocolate!

“VIRUS”… Not such a pleasant word right. We always believe that viruses are pathogens that invade our body. Most of the diseases around are caused by viruses. Viruses are present everywhere even in the air you breath. We often get confused between bacteria and a virus.
